The living room has a vaulted ceiling and is very spacious, comes complete with 3 piece suite, TV stand, wall cupboards and mirror. The sofa has a pull out bed and the room can be closed off to make a third bedroom if needed.
The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and complete with a fridge/freezer and along side it has it’s own spacious dining area complete with table and chairs.

The caravan comes complete with it own 38ft long veranda down the side which has its own lighting. At the back it also has its own metal shed.
This really is the complete package ready to go. The furnishings in the photos are not included in the price unless mentioned. This was our first caravan and have enjoyed many holidays in it. Once you put your own bits in it really will feel like home from home. This is a luxury van with so much space.
The caravan is already sited at Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire. The site is pet friendly with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. On this tranquil site there is a fishing lake, Pub with a great restaurant and a small play area for kids. The ground rent for this year is already paid for which includes water and electric.
